Dayakar Reddy Merugu
Founder and Managing Director
Microtech Precision Engineering was founded in 1996 by Mr. Dayakar Reddy, leveraging over a decade of expertise in mechanical design and management. His distinguished career includes serving as Deputy Manager at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Bangalore, for over eight years.
Mr. Reddy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University (1981-1985 batch) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Tool Design from the Central Institute of Tool Design (CITD), Hyderabad. His deep passion for mechanical engineering and unwavering commitment to precision drove him to establish Microtech Precision Engineering, setting the foundation for its excellence in the industry.
Navya Chada
Chief Technical Officer
Navya, serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Microtech Precision Engineering. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Management, with a focus on Finance. In her role as CTO, Navya leverages her deep technical expertise and strategic business insight to drive innovation and oversee the company’s technological advancements. She is responsible for shaping the company’s long-term technology vision, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge solutions, and leading the development of robust, scalable systems that support the business’s growth
Keerthi Merugu
Director of Sales
Keerthi, holds a degree in Electronics and Communication from the Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management. She further pursued her master’s degree in Mechatronics and cyber physical system from Institute of Deggendorf in Germany. With a strong focus on innovation and emerging technologies, Keerthi has accumulated over five years of experience in sales, marketing, and process management.
